Born and raised on a cattle ranch in Montana, Tom Mccann and his wife
Tricia, formerly from Wyoming, moved to Parker in 1997. With a passion for football and fine food, it was only a matter of time before Tom became a local business owner and football coach for his 8 year old son, Thomas III's local football team. The Mccann's are also blessed with two beautiful daughters, Hunter, 13 and Riley, 5. Within a decade, hard work and solid business practices proved fruitful, allowing the Mccann's to become proud owners of all three Parker hotels, The Super 8, The Hampton Inn and Suites and the Holiday Inn, among other business interests.
With an elegant bird's eye view of the Rocky Mountains and the Denver skyline, Trapper's Chophouse sits on the top floor of the Holiday Inn. As fourth generation cattle ranchers, the Mccanns are proud to serve only the finest Colorado beef and fresh seafood daily to our business travelers and local Parker residents alike.
